Terms of Service

Agreement

By using MockWith at mockwith.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mock With AI

Mock With AI is an automated practice interviewer. It asks questions by voice, listens to your spoken or typed answers, optionally observes your webcam for engagement cues, and produces a written debrief with scores and suggestions. It is a rehearsal aid, not a hiring decision, certification, or guarantee of any interview or job outcome. The interviewer, scores, and feedback are AI-generated and may contain mistakes — treat them as practice input, not professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for enabling your camera or microphone, and you may disable either at any time.

Purpose — practice only

MockWith is designed for voluntary practice, rehearsal, and debrief with friends, mentors, or study groups. It is not intended for use during live job interviews, examinations, clinical encounters where recording is restricted, legal proceedings, or any setting where covert assistance, misrepresentation, or policy violations would occur.

No cheating or malpractice

You must not use MockWith, including Assist features or remote audio tools, to cheat, mislead interviewers, violate employer or school rules, breach confidentiality agreements, or circumvent proctoring. You are solely responsible for how you use the product and for complying with applicable laws, contracts, and institutional policies.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass plan restrictions, scrape the service, upload unlawful content, harass others, or use the platform to harm minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions & limits

Paid plans include monthly minute and session limits enforced server-side. Fees are billed through Stripe or Razorpay according to the plan you select. Refunds follow our payment provider rules unless we state otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers

MockWith provides AI-generated suggestions and transcripts "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular outcome. AI output may be wrong; you must verify anything before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockWith and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including employment outcomes, academic results, or disciplinary action resulting from your conduct.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
